Perry Farmers Market

The 2026 Summer Season of the Perry Farmers Market begins Thursday, June 4th and continues every Thursday through Thursday, September 24th, 4-7pm in downtown Perry, IA!

Mark your calendar and plan on joining us for special events at the Farmers Market on the 3rd Thursday of the Month:

  • June: Public Safety Night
  • July: Health & Wellness Night
  • August: Back to School Night
  • September: Community Night

Shop local produce, baked goods, handmade crafts and more!
Enjoy extended shopping hours on Thursdays at several downtown businesses and consider dining-in or getting take-out from an area restaurants while you're out!

  • SNAP EBT - certified market for eligible items
  • Double Up Food Bucks - fruits & vegetables
  • Food Pantry Market Dollars (thanks to the Perry Area Food Council)
  • Perry Bucks - Perry Chamber Members only
  • Kids Bucks (2024 & 2025: Iowa PBS Kids Market Bucks - fruits, vegetables, eggs, and honey) more info coming soon for 2026!

First, start here: Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licenses to learn what can and cannot be sold at Farmers Markets in the state of Iowa, and what items require special licenses.

All items considered Cottage Foods are required to be labeled according to Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing.

Applications are accepted throughout the season, as space allows.
